Booking & Payment

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

No charge is made at the time of booking.

By confirming your reservation, you authorize the company to charge the card on file according to the cancellation terms outlined below.

The remaining balance, when applicable, is payable on the day of the experience prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date are free of charge.

Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to departure will incur a charge of 50% of the total experience price.

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to departure, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the total experience price.

As each experience is privately reserved and the yacht is exclusively dedicated to your booking, we are unable to make exceptions for changes due to personal travel adjustments or preference.

Weather & Sea Conditions

Your safety and comfort are our highest priority.

All experiences are subject to favorable sea and weather conditions. The final decision regarding departure, route adjustments, or cancellation rests solely with the Captain.

Sea conditions are assessed using official marine forecasts and local maritime guidance, not solely general weather applications.

In the event that conditions are deemed unsafe:

• We will gladly offer the opportunity to reschedule.

• If rescheduling is not possible, no charges will be applied.

Light rain, cloud cover, or forecast variations do not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation if sea conditions remain safe.
